Caked Up By Candice operates under the New York State Home Processor Law. It is a home based bakery and holds an exemption from the NY Department of Health.

Our signature Sugar Cookie recipe contains the following allergens: Egg, Dairy, Nuts and Wheat however there is a NUT FREE recipe available upon request

Deliveries are currently only for Manhattan and The Bronx and are done on a case by case basis, Delivery fees will be accessed and must be paid in advanced via Cash App or Zelle

Price quotes are also done on a case by case basis. Every order is unique and may require a different level of detail

Cancellation/Refund Policy: %50 of the quoted amount is NON REFUNDABLE but is TRANSFERABLE as long as there is a 10 day notice. After 10 days, the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE!!

Orders are NOT confirmed unless a deposit has been made

Any cake or cookie orders not picked up at scheduled date and time may be considered "abandoned" which can result in you not receiving your order. 

We do our best to package your order for transportation and handling. Once you receive your cake/cookie order, Caked Up by Candice is not responsible for the care of order.

Caked Up by Candice reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason
